My “rush” order arrived in 21 days with no directions in either box. It holds a charge for barely 30 minutes. Customer service is non existent. I’m very disappointed.
These come with zero instructions. Just a hand muff and a charge cord. Maybe this is a bad batch (i bought 4) but they don’t hold a charge more than about 20 mins and don’t get very warm. I would return them if someone from
customer service would ever answer my emails.
